How long does it take to receive my order?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, depending on order volume. We do not process orders on weekends or holidays. Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email or SMS. Delivery times vary based on your location.

Where is my order shipping from?
We are a small, local tea business based in Charleston, SC, so all orders ship directly from our cozy corner of the South. We appreciate your patience as we grow!

Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Due to the nature of our tea products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can make it right.

What if my package says “delivered” but I didn’t get it?
Once a package is marked as delivered, it is out of our hands. Please check with neighbors, your local post office, or delivery provider. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
We begin processing orders quickly to ensure fast shipping. If you need to make a change, contact us immediately at sipwiththecousins@gmail.com If your order has already been fulfilled, we won’t be able to cancel or adjust it.

How do I steep my loose leaf tea?
We recommend using 1–2 teaspoons of tea per 8 oz of hot water. Steep for 5–7 minutes, depending on your taste preference. Some blends may come with specific steeping suggestions on the label — always check!

Are your teas sweetened or unsweetened?
Our loose leaf teas are unsweetened so you can sweeten to your taste. Any bottled tea (if available at pop-ups) will be labeled accordingly.

Can I place a custom or bulk order?
Absolutely! For custom blends, event jugs, or wholesale inquiries, send us an email or reach out via Instagram or Facebook. Let’s make it happen.

Do you offer local pickup or delivery?
Right now, we’re focused on shipping and pop-ups. Stay tuned to our socials for local events and possible pickup options in the Charleston area.
